NaijaSite Pro – Terms & Conditions & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Immediately – Binding Upon Use of Service


1. General Notice

NaijaSite Pro reserves the absolute right to suspend, disable, or terminate any service/account at any time, with or without notice or reason, at our sole administrative discretion. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and all future updates.

We are a fully independent hosting and web service provider.
Abuse of our ticketing, live chat, or support system—including harassment, excessive complaints, or misuse—will result in immediate account suspension or termination.


2. Strict Use Policy

You agree to use our services only in accordance with Nigerian Law, U.S. Federal Law, and International Standards. The following are absolutely prohibited:

  • Pornographic, child sexual content, or nudity-based hosting

  • Phishing, Hacking, or Exploit Hosting

  • Malicious bots, Trojans, viruses, botnets, and denial-of-service tools

  • Spam-related services, email bombers, mass mailing, or mailers

  • Fake identity tools, fake bank scripts, or SMS bombers

  • CGI Proxies, IRC Scripts, or malicious cronjobs

  • Fraudulent financial services, carding, or wallet exploits

Violation will result in immediate, irreversible termination with no refund. All activity is monitored and logged.


3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You may not resell, duplicate, or claim ownership of NaijaSite Pro’s software, designs, source code, or tools unless explicitly granted in writing. All assets remain the intellectual property of NaijaSite Pro unless licensed under separate agreement.


4. Software & Customization

If you have a Managed Hosting Plan, we may provide:

  • Custom PHP/MySQL config support

  • Dedicated firewall or DNS tweaks

  • Limited plugin/module installation (if it doesn’t affect server stability)

We do not provide help for coding, script debugging, CMS installation, or third-party plugin configuration. These are your responsibility.


5. Emergency Support & SLA Disclaimer

We do not guarantee 24/7 emergency support or phone support. Most issues are handled via ticket/email within 24–72 hours. No compensation is offered for delays unless covered under a specific SLA (Service-Level Agreement).


6. Backups & Data Loss

NaijaSite Pro may keep periodic backups for operational purposes only. However:

You are 100% responsible for your own data backups.

We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or downtime. Backup your files externally.


7. Payment, Refund & Chargebacks

  • All payments are final. No refunds.

  • Chargebacks or disputes will result in account termination.

  • Any fraud will be reported to authorities, banks, and payment processors.


8. Free Bonuses, Coupons & Abuse

We may issue free credits or coupons. We reserve the right to deduct them at any time. If deduction results in a negative balance, your account will be suspended until settled.


9. Legal Shield & Indemnity

NaijaSite Pro shall not be held liable for:

  • Downtime, service interruption, or data loss

  • Client negligence, misuse, or illegal activity

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold NaijaSite Pro, its staff, vendors, and partners harmless against any legal claims arising from your use of our services.


10. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We will cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required. Logs may be turned over upon request.


11. Support Limitations

Support is limited to verified customers via ticket system only. We do not offer:

  • Live coding support

  • SEO consultation

  • Third-party software tutorials

  • Phone or WhatsApp-based support


12. Final Legal Note

By using NaijaSite Pro, you waive any claim, lawsuit, or refund based on performance, downtime, or feature expectation. Your use of this platform is an agreement to these full terms.
